With so much information coming at you about eating recovery, you may feel overwhelmed. Or maybe you feel misunderstood or not seen by others.
We understand that it can be hard to know how to start your journey back to yourself, which is why we created this FREE RESOURCE to help you build confidence in eating recovery.
We know you can thrive and take your power back.
Adjusting to Motherhood is designed for pregnant and postpartum women with children aged 0-3 who want to engage in real, authentic conversation and connection with other moms about the triumphs and hardships of the adjustment to motherhood. This group offers respite from the loneliness and isolation so common to early motherhood. Through meaningful connection with others on the same journey, group members will support and validate one another, as well as encourage each other through victories and vulnerabilities. Group members will learn more about themselves in this process, and how to show up in more empowered and connected ways with themselves as mothers.
All mothers are invited to participate, especially those who find themselves mothering through anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, and trauma.
