Adjusting to Motherhood

Adjusting to Motherhood is designed for pregnant and postpartum women with children aged 0-3 who want to engage in real, authentic conversation and connection with other moms about the triumphs and hardships of the adjustment to motherhood.  This group offers respite from the loneliness and isolation so common to early motherhood. Through meaningful connection with others on the same journey, group members will support and validate one another, as well as encourage each other through victories and vulnerabilities. Group members will learn more about themselves in this process, and how to show up in more empowered and connected ways with themselves as mothers. 

 

All mothers are invited to participate, especially those who find themselves mothering through anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, and trauma.

What is teen group & why should I join?

Eating recovery can be challenging, but there is no need for you to do it alone. Group is a powerful community of recovery-focused commitment. The gift of group is knowing you are not alone in your experience as you receive feedback and encouragement from others tackling similar challenges.
